Rule 22

If there is a need to amend any matter related to the process of submission of letter of intent or proposal related document or any details, the Ministry may amend the matter subject to the Disclosure Act.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the time to submit the letter of intent or proposal is less than thirty days, and if it is found necessary to extend the deadline for submission of the letter of intent or proposal for any other reason, the Ministry shall, subject to the law, open the deadline for that reason.
